Job Summary
Night Warehouse Operative Crawley
Location: Crawley West Sussex
Pay Rate: 12.21 per hour (rising to 15.00 per hour after 12 weeks)
Hours: Night shift 5 days per week
Contract Type: Ongoing with Temp-to-Perm opportunities available in the New Year
Start Date: Immediate start
About the Role
Were recruiting hardworking Night Warehouse Operatives for a busy logistics site in Crawley. This is a physically demanding fast-paced role perfect for candidates who thrive in a high-energy environment.
Youll be part of a team keeping warehouse operations running smoothly through the night ensuring orders are picked packed and ready for dispatch efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking packing and sorting goods to tight deadlines
- Scanning labelling and preparing orders for dispatch
- Moving and stacking items within the warehouse
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Following all health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and able to work night shifts
- Safety boots and hi-vis required
