Serve as a trusted advisor for Swedish-speaking business clients using cloud solutions

Provide high-quality support via phone email and virtual meetings

Assist with onboarding configuration and product optimization

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable features services or upgrades

Troubleshoot basic technical inquiries and collaborate with internal support teams

Maintain accurate customer data within CRM systems

Proactively follow up with clients to drive adoption usage and satisfaction

Stay updated on product releases cloud features and best-practice guidance
Requirements

Fluent Swedish (C1)

Fluent English (B2)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for technology digital tools and customer enablement

Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude

Ability to educate and guide users in a consultative way

Team player with willingness to learn and grow

Experience in customer service IT support or SaaS environments is an advantage but not mandatory
