The Role: Solutions Consultant
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in Sofia Bulgaria. As a Solutions Consultant you will be the primary contact for users needing assistance with major digital products specifically non-technical issues related to:
- Google Play Store
- Google Pay (gPay)
- Google for Families
- Google Books & Movies
You will provide professional friendly support via phone email and chat focusing on non-technical troubleshooting account inquiries billing questions and guiding users through product features. Your mission is to resolve issues efficiently and ensure every user has an excellent experience.
What You Need (Essentials)
- Language Fluency: Fluent Czech (written and spoken) is a must-have.
- English Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of English (B2 level) for training and internal communication.
- Location Commitment: Ready to work on-site in our office in Sofia Bulgaria.
- Mindset: A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and problem-solving skills.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required. We provide full training!
Work Schedule
- Shifts: Rotational schedule between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM (19:00) Monday to Sunday.
- Daily Hours: Flexible shift durations (4 6 or 8 hours a day).
- Days Off: You will have two rotating days off each week.
Compensation & Benefits
