Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking positive outgoing individuals with a passion for upholding clean and safe healthcare facilities for patients and staff to join our Environment Services Leadership Team as a Supervisor!

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide organizational leadership to a group of environmental services staff and specialists

• Ensure goals are met in both service and quality and provide HR oversight for the department

• Daily cleaning as well as projects carpet and hard surface floor care waste disposal and moving services

• Shift management and scheduling

• Foster healthy relationships with other leaders as well as promoting those within the department.
  

What Youll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalency

• 2 years of experience in commercial or healthcare environmental services or related field; or 2 years supervisory experience in healthcare or related field

• Valid Drivers License

• Ability to work Nights - 3rd shift (10:00pm-6:30am) with flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays.
