Our Vehicle Exchange Team works directly with existing customers and guests in our Service Department to help them explore upgrade opportunities that better fit their lifestyle or budget. We are growing and looking for motivated individuals to join our team.
Position Summary
The Vehicle Exchange Representative connects with current customers to discuss trade-in and upgrade opportunities and schedules in-store appointments for vehicle will be speaking with customers who already have an established relationship with the dealership have purchased here in the past or are currently servicing their vehicle with us.
Bilingual (Arabic / English / Polish / Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Engage service drive customers about vehicle upgrade and exchange opportunities while they are in for maintenance or repairs
Make outbound phone calls send texts and follow up with customers regarding upgrade opportunities
Schedule appointments for in-person appraisals and exchange consultations
Maintain accurate notes and communication logs in the CRM system
Communicate professionally with customers in-person over the phone and through messaging
Work closely with the Sales Management team to support a smooth and positive customer experience
Meet established daily/weekly goals for outreach and appointment setting
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable speaking with customers in-person and over the phone
Bilingual (Arabic/English/Polish/Spanish) strongly preferred
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Call center or dealership experience is a plus but not required full training provided
Compensation & Benefits
$20/hour
