Job Summary
Overview
Gibbon Packing LLC. an American Foods Group Company has an opportunity for a Part Time Meat Store Clerk at our Gibbon NE plant. Our meat store is open for approximately 4-5 hours Monday Thursday.
As our Part Time Meat Store Clerk you will:
- Oversee the sale of product to employees.
- Follow all policies regarding the sale of product.
- Identify weigh and price the product.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the store.
- Perform end of shift processes.
- Order product for sale.
- Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer service awareness with an emphasis on fast friendly courteous customer service with the ability to maintain composure when helping co-workers and customers.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must be able to work store hours. Hours may vary on occasion.
- Must be able to perform basic math (add subtract divide and multiple) to compute weights.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job: reach lift maneuver objects of varying dimensions and weights stand for long periods of time walk move rapidly bend twist and turn frequently.
- Must be able to perform the job duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Become familiar with meat products (name cost etc.)
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English (speak read and write).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to effectively communicate in Spanish (speak read and write).
- Previous customer service experience.
