THE ROLE:
The Hostess is the first point of contact most customers experience. This position is primarily responsible for telephone reception and caller redirection. Multiple functions will be cross trained for support as needed.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
Support a culture of excellence serving customer and team member experiences
Receiving inbound telephone inquiries
Redirecting telephone callers to the most helpful destination
Recording and providing left messages timely
Packaging vehicle merchandising folders
Sorting and filing administrative paperwork
Greeting and directing customers upon arrival
Execute problem resolution skills to realize excellence in all facets of the business
Report progress challenges options and solutions to assure outstanding results
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
Proven record of success in customer service telemarketing administration and/or office functions
