SUMMARY

Working under general supervision the Inventory Control Coordinator assists in the inventory accuracy of the DC (Distribution Center) and ROC (Refurbishment Center) by utilizing daily reports partnering with warehouse teams and making necessary corrections.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

Investigate and correct out-of-sync (OOS) issues between SAP and WMS systems

• Identify integration/messaging issues between SAP and WMS and formulate action plans with assistance from Mgr.

• Create and maintain QAFs (Quality Authorization Forms) and ensure correct cost center charges in SAP.

• Bulk load Graded Collectible inventory when invoices are received to ensure accurate cost and inventory levels in SAP.

• Monitor and research inventory data using Inventory Control programs and tools to track inventory within the warehouses (SAP WM Power BI and GBQ queries).

• Respond to ad hoc data and reporting requests from Inventory Controls business partners.

• Support the general business goals of the Inventory Control team by assisting others as needed.

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)

High school diploma or GED required accredited bachelors degree in business or another related field preferred

At least 1-2 years of administrative support customer service and/or data entry experience required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS JOB SKILLS ABILITIES

Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others; conducts working relationships in a manner acceptable to others and to GameStop

Ability to communicate effectively with others using written and spoken English

Proficient knowledge of Windows-based business computers and Microsoft Office programs; specifically Access Excel Outlook and Word. SAP WM and Power BI knowledge a plus.

Proficient time management and organizational skills including the ability to meet demanding potentially overlapping deadlines

Ability to retrieve interpret and report complex printed data/information

Possess accurate typing and data entry skills

Working understanding of basic math functions (add subtract multiply divide)

Ability to understand and comply with all GameStop work standards including but not limited to organizational policies and procedures attendance requirements confidentiality and all ethical responsibilities
