Job Summary

Job Title: Registered Nurse Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Location: Lawrenceville Georgia
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift 3x12-Hour Shifts
Pay Rate: $2073 Weekly Gross

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment at a top-rated medical facility in Lawrenceville Georgia. The ideal candidate will be skilled in providing critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions and will thrive in a fast-paced high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care to critically ill patients in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
Monitor assess and document patient condition responding promptly to changes in status.
Administer medications including IV therapies and manage advanced life-support equipment.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment recovery and post-hospital care.
Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and infection control procedures.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience required.
Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact State).
- BLS ACLS and NIHSS certifications required.
Skills: Strong critical thinking decision-making and communication abilities.
System Experience: Familiarity with major EMR systems preferred.

Holiday Requirements:

Must be available to work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day or New Years Day)
AND
1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving Christmas Eve or New Years Eve).
