This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating positive first impressions maintaining a professional environment and providing exceptional client service. As the primary point of contact for visitors clients and callers youll play an essential role in supporting the daily operations of our office.

Strittmatter Wealth Management Group LLC (SWMG) is a boutique Registered Investment Advisor located in downtown Fort Worth TX. We have been in business since 2007 and specialize in retirement planning investment management and business planning to high-net-worth clients and business owners. What makes us different is that we are an independent investment firm that offers unique investment options that many other firms do not offer including Alternative Investments Private Real Estate portfolios and access to world class Institutional Managers.
Job Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm professional manner
Answer and route phone calls take accurate messages and assist with inquiries
Manage visitor check-ins appointments and scheduling needs
Maintain a clean organized and professional reception area
Assist with administrative tasks including data entry conference room coordination and basic office support
Follow security procedures for visitor authorization
Provide general support to staff as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 10 years experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant in a professional setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook Adobe Acrobat and CRM systems
- Willing to work onsite Mondays to Fridays 8am CST to 5pm CST
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Three professional references are required for this role
Reliable personable and committed to professionalism
