Job Summary
Your Profile (Must-have requirements)
Strong Solution Architecture Experience
Proven ability to design and implement modern front-end and back-end architectures aligning technology strategy with business objectives.
Comfortable working with complex large-scale applications and system integrations.
Hands-on Technical Expertise
Ability to create PoCs guide development teams and provide technical direction when necessary.
Solid understanding of modern web technologies APIs and event-driven architectures.
Experience with Legacy and Modern Systems Integration
Skilled at bridging legacy banking platforms with new digital solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Excellent Stakeholder Management and Communication Skills
Proven experience collaborating across business operations and IT and communicating architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Agile Mindset and Collaborative Working Style
Experienced in agile ways of working contributing effectively in cross-functional teams including developers product specialists and business analysts.
Meritorious
Background in Financial Services Payments or Cash Management
Understanding of the domain adds significant value to architectural decisions and stakeholder engagement.
Experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer
Ability to translate hands-on experience into architectural strategy and technical leadership.
Front-End Architecture Experience
Designing reusable components micro front-ends or using modern frameworks like Angular React or similar.
Architecture Certifications or Methodology Knowledge
TOGAF SAFe or other relevant certifications demonstrating structured architectural practices.
