Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities including data entry invoice processing and payroll administration.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports on a regular basis.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting by providing financial data and insights.
• Coordinate with external accountants for annual audits and tax preparation.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Provide support for financial decision-making by analyzing financial data and profitability metrics.

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in accounting or finance is a plus.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.

Desired Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
• Experience in the media or creative industry is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
