About the Talent Domain

- Germán González is leading the squad behind our own ATS helping companies (and us!) hire smarter and faster.
- Emiliano Jorge Pazos is turning performance management into something companies (and employees) actually enjoy building tools that make feedback continuous growth visible and recognition part of everyday work.
Your work will directly impact how thousands of employees worldwide learn grow and feel recognized at work.
The Role
- Build and deliver features end-to-end from idea to production
- Collaborate closely with Product & Design to solve real customer problems
- Write clean maintainable and well-tested code across the stack
- Continuously improve the codebase and team processes
- Grow your technical depth through feedback reviews and mentorship
We dont build features just to ship them we build outcomes that matter for our customers.

- Frontend: React (and sometimes React Native)

Salary
At Factorial transparency is in our DNA people at the same rank will receive the same salary and all the salary ranks are public
- Mid Engineer you will join factorial with 40.000 Base and 2.800 Variable paid quarterly based on our business goals and after one year you will receive 10% of your salary as ESOP.

We follow an office-first flexible approach (80%-20%) because we believe the best products are built when people collaborate face-to-face.
We work on-site several days a week in our Barcelona HQ (or Madrid office) to connect brainstorm and ship together while keeping flexibility for deep work and personal balance.
