Job Summary
Position Title: Onsite Project Manager
Department: (Operations)
Location: Qatar
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic Onsite Project Manager to oversee the planning coordination and execution of projects and events at designated venues. The ideal candidate will manage all operational activities ensure safety and quality standards and deliver a seamless and exceptional experience for clients and attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all onsite operations before during and after events.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to understand project requirements.
Develop and implement project schedules ensuring timely delivery.
Supervise and guide onsite staff during installation setup and dismantling activities.
Ensure compliance with health safety and security protocols at all times.
Manage logistics including setup teardown and equipment handling.
Resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively.
Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare performance reports.
Ensure compliance with legal safety and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Event Management or a related field.
Proven experience in venue management event coordination or project operations.
Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Bilingual (English & Arabic) preferred.
