Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Psychology Business or a related field.
- With L&D experience (3–4 years) in regional/global/multinational contexts.
- Exceptional facilitation across cultures (virtual & in-person) and instructional design expertise (end-to-end).
- Strong stakeholder management program management and data-driven evaluation skills.
- Knowledge/experience in DEI & wellness program support is a plus.
- Very good English communication skill is a must
- Comfortable working and conversing at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Design & facilitate engaging workshops and blended programs (live virtual self-paced) on leadership skills and manager capabilities.
- Support and monitor the implementation of DEI & wellness initiatives ensuring alignment with Amadeus’ goals and values.
- Collaborate with and provide support for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to amplify their impact and foster a sense of belonging across the organization.
- Track and report program impact; iterate based on insights.
- Develop and disseminate engaging communications on DEI wellness and leadership topics events and resources.
