Job Summary

Purpose of this role:

The role reports to the Head of Production Engineering.
The primary responsibility of a Quality Assurance Manager is to ensure consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing good manufacturing practice systems validating processes C providing accurate documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:

Quality Management Qualification to the NQF level 6 / Technical Diploma.
8 years experience in the field of Quality Management Quality Control and Assurance in the Manufacturing/ Defence Industry.
Good understanding of quality principles systems methods tools and standards applicable in the Defence sector (EN9100 / ISO 9000)
Quality Audits.
Experience in Project Management to Engineering development Production and Product Support.
Identifying and developing operations focused strategies and plans in support of the company strategies.
