Job Summary

Purpose of the Position:

Keep the facility clean and sanitary.

Essential job functions:

Clean and inspect restrooms hourly for sanitation and supplies.
Inventory miscellaneous supplies.
Assure parking lot and front of building is free of trash and debris daily.
Keep yard mowed and weeded.
Assist maintenance with routine tasks.
Empty trash in designated areas daily.
Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must have strong organization skills.
Ability to operate fork lift.
Minor mechanical-electrical ability.
Self-motivated.

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to work in the environment as a majority of work will be outside.
100% walking and standing.
Ability to physically push lawn mower; carry weed eater and blower up to 8 hours a day.

Schedule

Week: 40

Lunch: 1/2 hr

Standing: 15%

Walking: 85%
