Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

How Youll Make an Impact
Troubleshoot IT issues that require on-site support
Deliver fully configured ready-to-use computers to users
Provide ad-hoc training on common IT tools and practices
Manage physical stock of devices and accessories
Perform regular inventory checks and audits
Coordinate logistics for device shipments and relocations
Handle warranty cases with OEM vendors
Support users in meeting rooms and collaboration spaces
Your Background
Formal IT qualification or completed IT apprenticeship
Minimum 2 years of professional IT support experience
Fluent in English and local language with strong communication skills
Proactive and solution-oriented able to work independently
Legally authorized to work in the location of application
Familiar with ServiceNow MS Office 365 Windows iOS and asset management tools
