The Senior Admin / OE reports to the Senior Manager and is the primary Order Entry and administration resource for the Americas. Youll manage order-to-delivery processes RMAs customer portals and coordination with Sales Service and TRUMPF product centers in Germany and Poland to ensure on-time accurate customer service.

Key responsibilities (condensed)

Endtoend order processing in SAP: quotes sales orders POs deliveries and billing.
RMA administration and resolution of order/delivery/customer issues and escalations.
Monitor and acknowledge customer demand via portals and upload delivery/consignment data.
Coordinate factory orders with HQ (Germany/Poland); expedite and track orders with Planning.
Manage consignment inventory: forecasting support PO/releases physical counts and discrepancy reconciliation.
Ensure correct shipments customs/tariff compliance invoicing and credit/debit memos.
Drive KPIs warehouse layout/efficiency changes and lean initiatives to improve receiving/shipping/inventory.
Support tradeshow logistics and realtime event needs.

Requirements

5 years manufacturing experience (warehouse import/export inventory shipping/warehousing).
25 years customer service experience; customerportal experience preferred.
SAP and strong Excel/Outlook proficiency required.
Occasional travel.
