Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design develop and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Apex Lightning Components and Salesforce APIs along with a strong understanding of CRM processes data models and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and implement custom Salesforce solutions to support business needs.

Build and maintain Apex classes triggers Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce pages and batch jobs.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs middleware and ETL tools.

Collaborate with stakeholders administrators and business analysts to gather and refine requirements.

Implement best practices for configuration development testing and deployment.

Manage data migration data modeling and data integrity across environments.

Participate in Salesforce releases testing and environment management.

Develop and maintain custom workflows validation rules process builder flows and approval processes.

Troubleshoot debug and optimize performance issues in Salesforce applications.

Create and maintain technical documentation and design artifacts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.

3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.

Strong proficiency in Apex (classes triggers batch jobs) Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce.

Deep understanding of Salesforce data model security model and object relationships.

Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Bulk) and integration tools (MuleSoft Dell Boomi Informatica).

Proficiency with Salesforce configuration tools (Flows Process Builder Reports Dashboards).

Experience using Salesforce DX Git and CI/CD pipelines for deployments.

Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange apps and managed package development.

Strong problem-solving debugging and analytical skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Salesforce Platform Developer I / II Certification.

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud or Marketing Cloud.

Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (React Angular) for advanced LWC customization.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence.

Experience with middleware integration and API management.

Understanding of DevOps and Release Management in Salesforce environments.
