Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness customer acquisition and business growth.

• Support local teams on the development of market-specific strategies especially in case of new market entries in Europe.

• Provide strategic direction for product sampling initiatives within HSG Europe.

• Adapt role and responsibilities as needed based on evolving business requirements and strategic priorities.

Campaign & Channel Management

• Lead the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital (web social media email) and traditional media.

• Ensure campaigns are locally adapted based on relevant reimbursement HCP and consumer insights.

• Oversee website content management to ensure optimal user experience brand messaging and conversion optimization.

• Manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve brand visibility and drive qualified traffic.

Budgeting & Performance Tracking

• Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to achieve business objectives.

• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.

• Support the development and execution of marketing KPIs for HSG Europe.

Brand & Content Development

• Develop and refine brand positioning for the organization and its services.

• Create compelling marketing content and materials that support the customer journey .

• Ensure marketing materials across all channels are consistent relevant and updated to be compliant with any necessary medical regulatory and legal approval processes.

Customer Insights & Retention

• Lead market research initiatives to understand customer personas behaviors and preferences.

• Analyse customer feedback through tools like NPS and review platforms to inform marketing strategies.

• Develop and implement customer retention and loyalty programs to improve NPS.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within HSG Europe UKI Commercial Business Units global marketing teams Livramedom and 180 Medical to align marketing initiatives.

• Represent HSG Europe in global marketing forums

• Work closely with Customer Service to ensure alignment between marketing promises and customer experience.

• Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendor partners.

Competitive Intelligence & Innovation

• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.

• Identify new marketing opportunities and innovative approaches to engage target audiences.

Operational Excellence

• Lead the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for marketing activities.

• Management of people for a potential future team as the business continues to grow.

About you

Skills & Experience:

Strategic & Analytical Skills

• Strong strategic thinking abilities with experience developing comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results.
• Advanced data analysis skills with ability to track performance metrics and optimize marketing ROI.
• Commercial acumen with strong understanding of sales operations customer acquisition processes and budget management.

Marketing Expertise

• Proven track record with 10 years of progressive marketing experience preferably in healthcare or related industry.
• Excellent marketing capabilities across multiple channels including experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Creative problem-solving approach with a track record of developing innovative marketing solutions.

Communication & Collaboration

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborative team player with experience working cross-functionally across a global BU and with external partners.

Leadership & Management

• Demonstrated project management expertise successfully managing multiple initiatives while meeting tight deadlines.
• Customer-focused mindset with passion for improving experiences and delivering results.
• People management experience and ability to lead teams effectively.

Travel Requirements

Position involves travel up to 25% of the time including regular visits to the Runcorn site and occasional international trips. Trips may include overnight travel

Working Conditions

Hybrid working regular presence in the Runcorn office is required (typically one day per week on average) based on business needs. Convatec supports a flexible approach to office working.
