Telemarketing Sales Development Representative - Travel Industry -
Our client is revolutionizing business travel between Portland and Seattle with their innovative shuttle service. They are seeking a motivated Telemarketing Sales Development Representative (TSDR) to join their growing team and help business professionals discover the time-saving benefits of their frequent flight service.
Position Overview
Were looking for an experienced B2B Telemarketing Sales Development Representative to generate qualified appointments and sales opportunities for their corporate travel programs. The ideal candidate will be skilled in consultative telemarketing/telesales with a focus on time-value propositions for business clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 75 - 100 outbound calls daily to decision-makers in companies with Portland/Seattle presence
- Qualify prospects using ZoomInfo and other sales intelligence tools
- Schedule meetings for SDM based on accounts with high potential
- Close prospects using a Golden Ticket promotion program
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logging
- Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders
- Generate and nurture new business opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs for calls connections and sales
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of B2B Telemarketing/SDR experience
- Proven track record of consistently meeting sales targets
- Experience with ZoomInfo and CRM systems
- Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
- Ability to understand and articulate value propositions
- Bachelors degree preferred
Desired Skills
- Experience in travel aviation or corporate services
- Knowledge of Portland/Seattle business market
- Proficiency in sales engagement platforms
- Experience in consultative B2B sales
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to source screen and connect with client potentials using Zoominfo and other prospecting tools
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $45000 - $50000
Uncapped Commission Structure
OTE (On Target Earnings): $65000 - $85000
