Department/Organization:200019 - Capstone Center for Student Success

Normal Work Schedule:Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm; some nights & weekends as needed.

Job Summary:The Crimson Scholars Program Coordinator assists with the daily administration of the Crimson Scholars program in First Year Experience. Implements curriculum for the Crimson Scholars program. Manages mentor team selection. Oversees administrative tasks such as attendance tracking for student scholarship requirements.

Required Minimum Qualifications:Bachelors degree or higher.

Skills and Knowledge:Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with students faculty and staff in a collaborative manner. Strong relationship building skills.

Preferred Qualifications:Masters degree in Higher Education Student Affairs Social Work or Counseling. Program development program coordination and case management experience.
