What will I doAs anAirport Representative youll report directly to the Airport Team Leader or Destination Manager and work closely with internal and external partners to deliverVIP industry leading customer service. Youll be at the heart ofcreating memoriesfor our customers.Greet every customer with a warm welcome with our famousJet2holidayssmile. You will make our customers journey memorable from the very start.Be a point of contact during flight disruptions emergencies and customer escalations ensuring every situation is handled with care and working together as one team to ensure we achieve our on-time performance service and customer satisfaction requirements.RepresentJet2holidaysin the arrivals hall and departures terminal guiding and assisting customers throughout their airport experience. Provide our customers with essential transfer & holiday information by creating and distributing welcome packs & delivering information onboard the transfer coaches.Work closely with our transfers providers support the operation inside the terminal and outside in the coach park to ensure a VIP customer experience.What do I needAs our third-party agency employ on local contracts you will already hold full right to work documents forItaly.You will already be living in the destination or be able to arrange your own accommodation. Youll need to be able to get to the airport at any time day or night.We aim to provide your roster 4 weeks in advance. Your roster will include early starts late finishes split shifts & weekend working. As an Airport Representative please be aware that the role involves extended periods of standing and working outdoors particularly during the summer months. Flexibility is essential as you may also be required to support during flight disruptions serious emergencies and customer escalations.Customer service experience is a plus but not essential. You must be solution orientated friendly & positive confident and comfortable to usedigital systems(on a tablet device).
