Key Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment utensils and work areas.
Wash and store dishes glassware and other service items.
Assist with basic food prep and event setup as needed.
Maintain proper stock levels and notify supervisors of supply needs.
Follow all hygiene and sanitation standards to ensure compliance with safety guidelines.

What Were Looking For

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: Prior hospitality restaurant or kitchen experience preferred.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand/walk for 8 hours.
Skills: Excellent communication attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Must be able to obtain an Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.

Work Environment

Fast-paced casino setting with exposure to secondhand smoke bright lights and noise.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required.
