TheInvestor Servicesteamadministers investor activity for fund clients; this includes ensuringtimelyandaccurateprocessing of investor transactions and effective communication of the transactions to would be the first point of contact for fund investors and managers in order to provide excellent client service individually while collaborating with the Investor Services team as a whole.

What You WillGetToDo:

• Monitor bank accounts & reconcile account activity to subscription agreements
• Process investor subscription and redemption activityin accordance withthe funds offering documents
• Communicate with investors through email management and phone / MS Teams
• Prepare investor transaction reports for delivery to fund accountants and fund management
• Follow up with fund management on pending transactions
• Prepare andvalidateinvestor statements to fund accounting information
• Prepare wire transfer instructionsin accordance withinvestor instructions or fund management instructions

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or similar field
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite including Excel
• Experience in financial services is a plus but notrequired
• Team player mentality with a positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage your time and stayorganized
