Were seeking a Machine Builder to join our headquarters team in Cary Illinois where youll help create the automated assembly equipment that makes our world-class magnetic components possible.

As our Machine Builder youll:
- Construct sophisticated automated assembly machines that bring engineering concepts to life
- Troubleshoot and debug complex machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Perform precise alignments and final set-ups that ensure manufacturing excellence
- Collaborate with engineers to help plan and design next-generation machinery
- Be part of a team where your hands-on skills directly impact global technology
WHO WERE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate brings:
- 2 years of experience building automatic assembly equipment
- Proven mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
- Strong math skills and the ability to interpret detailed engineering drawings
- Proficiency with basic machine shop tools
- Associates degree specialized education or vo-tech training in a mechanical field (preferred)
