Job Summary

Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Cedar River Renewal apartment community in Waterloo IA. This is a Tax Credit HUD Senior property with 85 units. This position will pay up to $20.00 an hour determined by experience certifications skills and education. This position will require the ability to be oncall after hours 24/7 for emergency maintenance needs.

What You Will Do

The Apartment Maintenance Technician will diagnose and perform major minor and routine maintenance/repairs and provide exceptional customer service to the communitys residents.

Skills and Requirements

Maintenance experience
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of appliance repair light carpentry plumbing and electrical
Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
