Data Officer (Part-time Remote) Data Ninja for Funded Contracts
Our client delivers impactful learning and employability programmes that make a tangible difference to communities with a focus on Warmer Homes GLA and GMCA-funded contracts. They are seeking a detail-driven Data Officer or as they like to call it their Data Ninja to join their team on a remote part-time basis.
The Role
The Data Officer will play a vital role in maintaining contract integrity and ensuring that data is accurately captured processed and reported across funded programmes. You will work closely with compliance and operations teams to support contract delivery funding claims and performance reporting.
Key responsibilities:
Collate and validate learner and project data for GLA GMCA and Warmer Homes contracts
Maintain data accuracy and integrity across CRM and MIS systems
Ensure timely uploads to funding portals and reporting platforms
Support internal audits and external funding assurance checks
Produce periodic reports and dashboards to monitor performance
Liaise with delivery teams to resolve data errors and ensure compliance
Keep up to date with funding guidance and data validation rules
About You
Youll be naturally analytical with an eye for spotting errors before they become issues. Your background will include data or compliance support in a training provider local authority or funded project environment. Youll have an adaptable proactive approach and confidence working independently.
Essential skills and experience:
Strong working knowledge of GLA GMCA or AEB funding data
Competence using CRM or MIS systems (e.g. PICS Maytas or Yeti)
Strong Excel and data manipulation skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Clear understanding of GDPR and data security principles
Desirable:
Experience in managing learner or project data for energy efficiency or community programmes (e.g. Warmer Homes)
Knowledge of ILR data submission processes
Additional Information
Contract type: Part-time (approx. 23 days per week)
Location: Fully remote (UK-based)
Salary: Competitive day rate or pro-rata salary (depending on experience)
