Job Summary
As a Client Success Advisor youll play a vital role in connecting with clients virtually learning about their needs and guiding them toward suitable options. Youll work remotely while managing your daily schedule giving you control over your work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
Contact clients who have requested information through our digital channels.
Educate them about various programs and help tailor solutions to their situation.
Maintain regular contact to ensure their goals are met and questions answered.
Track your client pipeline through our CRM and follow up consistently.
Take part in team calls mentorship and skill development sessions.
Requirements
U.S. citizen.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Comfortable with remote communication and technology tools.
