Hooks Meng and Clement (HMC) is seeking ahighly skilled and self-sufficient Executive Assistantto provide comprehensive administrative legal and marketing support to theFounding Partnerof our growingWorkers Compensation practice.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational ability sound judgment and the highest degree of discretion while managing complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Manage the Founding Partnersdaily schedule including extensive calendar coordination meeting preparation and deadline tracking.
- Prepare materialsfor meetings hearings and presentations with accuracy and thoroughness.
- Respond promptly and professionallyto phone calls emails and correspondence on behalf of the Partner.
- Coordinatedomestic travel arrangements itineraries and related expense reports.
- Maintain and managelegal case files records and confidential documents.
- Schedule and coordinateclient meetings internal conferences and communicationswith opposing counsel.
- Assist withmonthly billable time entriesand related administrative reporting.
- Plan and execute firm-sponsored events including internal meetings client appreciation events and staff activities.
- Providemarketing and event coordination support including participation ingolf tournaments galas professional conferences and community engagement initiatives.
- Assist withmarketing materials sponsorship opportunities and brand visibility effortsthat reflect the firms reputation for excellence.
- Serve as a liaison between the Founding Partner and firm personnel ensuring the efficient flow of communication and information across departments.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degreepreferred; significant experience as anExecutive Assistantrequired.
- Prior experience in alaw firm or legal environmentstrongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability toprioritize and manage high-volume workunder tight deadlines.
- Expert proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Experience in billing software Clio preferred but not required.
- Outstandingwritten verbal and interpersonal communicationskills.
- Proven ability toexercise discretion and maintain confidentialityin all matters.
- Highly organized dependable and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strongwork ethic professionalism and initiativeconsistent with supporting executive leadership.
- This is an in-office position. Must reside in the Southern Nevada area.
