Job Summary
Nightingale - Server (Seasonal: Nov 14 - Dec 31)
Nightingale is a modern take on the fern bars from the 70s and 80s. If you like being part of a small team are detail-oriented and are interested in craft cocktails and DJs the Server position at Nightingale may be right for you. We are looking for persons who have experience in the restaurant bar or hotel industries or those looking to and are eager to learn. Typical hours are between 3:30 pm and 2:30 am.
Server
Responsibilities
- Take and deliver drink orders to seated parties
- Act as subject matter expert to guests and aid them in making selections
- Determine situations that need to be escalated to the management team
- Maintain overall floor cleanliness
- Support the host team in seating as necessary
- Assist in opening and closing
Qualifications
- Able to service multiple tables at once
- Strong cocktail knowledge and serving experience preferred
- Demonstrate an ability to interact with many types of guests effectively
- Has or is willing to obtain a CA Food Handlers Certification and pass RBS training
- 21 years of age or older
