A well-established small animal practice in Stockton CA is seeking an experiencedVeterinarian to step into a Medical Director role. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality medical surgical and dental care for small animals
Lead mentor and develop veterinary and support teams
Establish and maintain medical protocols and standards of care
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Support hospital growth and uphold a positive collaborative culture
Qualifications
DVM/VMD degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent)
Active veterinary license (or eligibility) in California
Proven leadership ability with a strong clinical background
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
