Job Summary
In this role you will hire mentor and lead a diverse team responsible for defining and building personalized Apple Intelligence experiences. Working closely with design machine learning privacy engineering and cross-functional partners youll create UI frameworks and components that seamlessly integrate intelligence into our products. Youll code alongside your team building prototypes shipping features and establishing best practices for personalized experiences that respect user agency and privacy. Youll balance technical innovation with thoughtful user experience to ensure Apple Intelligence adapts to peoples needs while remaining transparent about its reasoning and suggestions.
- BS in Computer Science or related field and 8 years practical experience in software engineering
- Strong track record of shipping compelling UI features plus experience with design and prototyping
- At least 2 years of experience managing software engineering teams
- Deep knowledge of Objective-C C or Swift
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating across disciplines
- MS in Computer Science or related field
- Experience building personalized features
- Experience designing or implementing transparency features for AI systems
- Track record of hiring and developing engineering talent
