Responsibilities: - Conduct physical exams assess health status and establish medical diagnoses.
- Prescribe and monitor medications; order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Provide preventive acute and chronic illness management to persons in custody.
- Maintain accurate medical records in the electronic health system.
- Participate in quality improvement staff training and patient education programs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support the DOCs Reentry and evidence-based care initiatives.
