We are currently looking for a full-time Engineering (m/f/d) to join our engineering team.

What your day will look like:

-Supporting and monitoring technical equipment in cooperation with the team

-Resolving all technical issues in front of house and back of house

-Fulfilling all technical guest requests and preferences

-Repair and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas

-Ensuring smooth hotel operations

-Implementation of all The Ritz-Carlton standards

What we expect from you:

-Completed training in a skilled trade

-Initial professional experience in a technical position ideally in the luxury hotel industry

-Sound technical knowledge

-Confidence in dealing with discerning guests and excellent manners

-Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English

-You are a team player and have strong organizational skills

-You are quick on the uptake able to multitask and resistant to stress
