Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Schedule: Daytime hours MondayFridayPay Rate: $55$60 per hourOverviewArbor Associates client is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as an Educational Coordinator / Program Function Manager. This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of classroom educational services supervising staff and ensuring the effective implementation of behavioral and educational programming. The position requires classroom experience supervisory expertise and advanced training in special education and/or applied behavior ResponsibilitiesOversee classroom educational services and the implementation of behavioral compliance with each students Individual Education Program (IEP).Provide direct supervision coaching and training to special education with Lead Special Education Teachers and Curriculum Coordinators on lesson planning and curriculum student progress prepare progress reports and recommend adjustments to instructional or behavioral health safety and compliance standards are met within the classroom staff development through feedback training and performance with licensing certification and accreditation requirements for the RequirementsRequired: Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Special : Current BCBA credential. (Severe Special Education license not required.)Minimum of 3 years of experience in a special education setting with demonstrated classroom experience interpersonal communication and organizational First Aid and Crisis Intervention certifications (or ability to obtain).
