About the Role

What Youll Bring

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP ready to step up

  • A genuine love for great produce and beautifully executed dishes

  • Leadership that inspires supports and motivates the team

  • A collaborative spirit and drive to innovate

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

What Youll Do

  • Work side-by-side with our Head Chef to lead kitchen operations

  • Contribute to menu development plating and flavour innovation

  • Maintain exceptional food quality and consistency

  • Champion food safety cleanliness and efficiency

  • Assist with ordering stock control and cost management
