Fraser is seeking a Training Coordinator to deliver essential Specialty Healthcare training including: Safety-Care CPR/First Aid and clinical orientation for new and current staff across all Fraser Clinical locations. Partner with Specialty Healthcare Training Team to coordinate training activities for Specialty Healthcare staff. Support administrative functions to enhance program efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or general equivalency/high school equivalency diploma (GED/HSED)
- One year of experience as a primary personal care assistant community health worker waiver service provider or special education assistant to a person with ASD or a related condition within the previous five years
- Valid drivers license is required
- Computer proficiency using Word and Excel with proficiency in keyboarding skills required
Responsibilities:
- Deliver essential Specialty Healthcare training including Safety-Care CPR/First Aid and clinical orientation for new and current staff across all Fraser Clinical locations
- Travel to assigned clinical locations to provide training post-training coaching and administrative support as needed
- Demonstrate competence utilizing Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Teams Microsoft Forms Excel current and future LMS and other support technologies
- Support new Specialty Healthcare staff onboarding
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted training solutions.
- Track and report training participation completion rates and effectiveness using learning management systems (LMS) or other tools (e.g. Survey Monkey Microsoft Forms)
- Create and maintain training materials manuals e-learning modules and other resources
- Ensure training aligns with Frasers Clinical Staff Development principles and comply with applicable state and federal regulations accreditation standards and agency policies
- Apply an innovative quality improvement mindset to enhance the training experience for Fraser staff and clients and foster a culture of continuous learning
- Participate in workgroups and/or special projects for the clinical leadership team as assigned
Schedule and Pay:
- Full time Monday-Friday
- Must be able to accommodate 2 later days until 6pm
- Must be able to travel across all clinical sites
