Location: Germantown TN
Schedule: Monday Friday Full-Time. No weekends.
- Provide classroom support across all age groups from infants to preschool
- Assist lead teachers with daily routines activities and supervision
- Create a warm safe and engaging environment for every child
- Support learning and play experiences aligned with TLEs award-winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Help maintain a clean organized and joyful center environment
- Communicate positively with staff and families to ensure consistency and care
Must have credentials documented in TNPAL (Tennessee Professional Archive of Learning) and meet Tennessee childcare training standards. Infant/Toddler Certification or related coursework is a plus.
- Experience in childcare daycare or preschool preferred
