Job Summary

Agile Scrum Master 3 Agile Project Delivery SDLC and Team Leadership

Contract - W2 Position - Austin-Texas (Onsite)

Required:

8 years of experience managing software development teams and scrum processes using SDLC PMLC and Agile Scrum Methodology.

Preferred Skills

5 years of experience as a project lead over a team of developers for major Information Resources projects using the Texas Project Delivery Framework.
Certification as Agile Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent).
5 years experience working in project management for major Information Resources Projects

Specific Skills:

Expertise in Agile Scrum practices (sprint planning daily stand-ups reviews retrospectives).
Strong knowledge of SDLC PMLC and Agile frameworks.
Ability to lead mentor and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Proficient in managing project timelines risks and dependencies.
Skilled in stakeholder communication progress tracking and risk escalation.
Experience with Texas Project Delivery Framework preferred.
