About this Position
This position is part of the College of Arts and Sciences Information Technology team. The role blends technical expertise with collaborative consulting. Server administration in a complex hosting environment guidance to faculty and administration on research solutions and assistance in the selection and implementation of endpoint devices printers and applications will be the main tasks for this position. Additionally the position involves developing documentation offering training and ensuring the effective deployment and maintenance of hardware and software. Through close collaboration with the college IT Director and other stakeholders this role helps shape the technological landscape of the college.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3 years of experience of server management.
- 3 years of experience of endpoint device management
- 3 years of experience of server management
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of endpoint device management or mobile device management experience using SCCM Intune or Jamf.
- 5 years of server management
- 5 years of printer management. Experience with Microsoft Universal Print Uniflow Papercut or Uniprint is desirable.
- Combination of experience is acceptable.
