As a LPN II you will Facilitates communicates and collaborates with the RN to identify and meet the physical and emotionalneeds of the patient. Assists with the nursing process to promote/restore optimal health and well-being of the patient. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values. Demonstrates accountability for the quality of own nursing practice. Performs a wide variety of patient care activities and accommodative services as assigned.
Job Requirements
In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day qualified candidates will need the following:
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. (Required)
License/Certifications Requirements:
- Current State LPN License (Required)
- Basic Life Support (American Heart Association (Required)
- State IV Certification upon hire or within three months of hire/transfer (required)
Minimum Experience Requirements:
- Two years of recent LPN experience (preferred)
Physical Requirements:
Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently and/or up to 10
lbs. constantly
Schedule: PRN (days)
