About the role
This is an outstanding opportunity to work in a respectful and enjoyable environment at our Misono Japanese Restaurant. You will have the opportunities for professional development learning from a creative andpassionate team.
Critical responsibilities:
Complete closing duties including storing all reusable goods breaking down goods
Cleaning all equipment and areas returning equipment to proper locations locking refrigerators restocking items turning off lights locking doors and completing daily cleaning checklist
Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china glass and silver prior to use.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
The successful candidate will have:

Exposure to food and beverage environment
Commitment to developing and maintaining service standards to ensure a world class experience
Have a customer first attitude with high service levels a priority
Are flexible to workevenings and weekends
