JOB SUMMARY:
The Sr Manager Brand Studio is responsible for the management evolution and storytelling for the Brand Studio team with a specific focus on pitch presentations and visual story telling. Within the Brand Studio the Sr Manager will help lead and work alongside a team of 1-2 designers in the creation story arching oversight review and approval of all branded visual communication materials. This may include brand assets internal and external presentations project decks events internal and external communication assets and promotional materials. The Sr Manager Brand Studio will ensure each project is completed to task on schedule and that each deliverable informs inspires and educates the audience on the Universal Creative brand while ensuring a high-quality product that meets Intellectual Property (IP) partnership and corporate creative standards. Works with internal and external stakeholders and business units while supporting the Brand Studio with project/meeting objectives timelines collaboration and Brand Studio recognition.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages the Brand Studio workflow timeline and production for all applicable Universal Creative executive pitching presentations and events prioritizing based on queue. Partners with cross-functional business units senior leaders and project management for brainstorm meetings crafting of content consumer targets brand strategy and activation tied into assigned Brand Studio projects.
- Leads a team while contributing to the creation of global Universal Creative branded assets may include brand development internal and external pitches / presentations project decks internal and external communication assets and promotional materials. Ensures all Brand Studio assets activates the Universal Creative brand while informing educating and inspiring audiences. Reviews all Brand Studio materials makes revisions and adjustments to designs based on internal and external feedback. Presents design concepts to stakeholders for review.
- Works closely with internal and external partners to help develop evolve and manage the Universal Creative brand to include brand assets and design system (visual identity standards) voice/tone look-and-feel (imagery) brand positioning & promise and branded communication materials (internal and external presentations project decks promo materials and advertisements as applicable).
- Ensures brand and story alignment by informing educating and inspiring brand usage (by way of projects internal and external communication materials). Reviewing and adjusting materials as applicable to ensure proper brand identity and usage.
- Supports Asst. Director Brand Studio and Sr. Director Creative Operations as applicable.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.
- Must have experience managing a public and recognized brand.
- Must have an established history of high-level corporate presentations.
- Must be a clear communicator able to collaborate with executive leadership.
- Strong familiarity with research and data analytics required.

EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree in Arts Science or Management disciplines including: Theater Design Industrial Engineering Production Project Management is preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
8 years in communications writing and editing publications preferred. Social media graphic design photography and video development a plus.; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
