Job Summary
Salesforce Developer Sr Remote MTY
We are looking for a Salesforce Developer Sr with at least 45 years of experience participating in large-scale transformation projects for global clients developing innovative and high-quality Salesforce solutions.
This role focuses on Salesforce development configuration and customization ensuring technical excellence scalability and continuous improvement in customer engagement and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
Customize and configure Salesforce environments according to business needs.
Develop components using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce SOQL and JavaScript.
Participate in code reviews debugging and solution optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver high-impact results.
Integrate Salesforce with other systems and tools (Git CI/CD pipelines).
Technical Skills Required:
Strong experience in Salesforce Development (4 years).
Hands-on expertise in Apex LWC Visualforce SOQL JavaScript.
Experience in code debugging and solution analysis.
Familiarity with integrations Git and CI/CD (nice to have).
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Engineering Computer Science or similar).
Salesforce certifications such as:
Platform App Builder
Platform Developer I
(Other Salesforce certifications are a plus)
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development.
Advanced English (C1) required for client interaction.
Location & Schedule:
Remote Mexico (based in Monterrey preferred)
Monday to Friday 09:00 18:00 hrs
