Job Summary
Supports clients/customers and assists with functional projects under regular supervision. Has a general knowledge of the work group.
Analyzes assesses and improves asset integrity reliability and effectiveness of preventative and predictive maintenance based on data collected through Inspection Testing and Maintenance program activity. Performs/participates in inspections reliability incidents investigations rotating equipment reliability analyses optimizations and mechanical integrity reviews; incorporates findings into the asset care strategy. Helps to track and communicate key maintenance and reliability KPIs. Assists in the implementation of new programs and technologies.
Supports larger customers/clients and may lead functional projects under infrequent supervision. Developing a detailed knowledge of the work function.
Reliability Engineering - Additional desired experience includes familiarity with JD Edwards CAM and CAM plus by AMS or other CMMS. Experience using Plant Condition Monitoring Software (PCMS) by Mistras or other Asset Integrity software API 653 API 510 API 570 certifications also a plus. Working knowledge of vibration analysis infrared analysis ultrasound analysis oil analysis and other condition monitoring technologies. Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) also a plus.
