Your mission
We are looking for a Martech Specialist to join our Finago marketing team in Oslo Norway.
In this role you will take ownership of projects from concept to completion whether its building an interactive landing page a ROI calculator or a digital report. Youll combine creativity technical skill and marketing strategy to design engaging digital experiences that attract and convert leads.
You have a strong understanding of SaaS and the B2B market a curiosity for our industry and a passion for using technology creatively to build marketing that inspires and delivers measurable key tasks and responsibilities include:
Creative Development & Experimentation
Develop interactive formats for lead generation (microsites guides reports calculators demos).
Experiment with new tools technologies and formats to push the boundaries of marketing innovation.
Content & Concept Creation
Create content that combines industry insight product understanding and creative storytelling.
Translate complex product concepts into clear engaging digital experiences.
Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with product and sales teams to turn features and customer needs into impactful marketing initiatives.
Own projects from idea to final delivery ensuring high quality and measurable results.

Were seeking an experienced and curious marketer with a unique combination of creative and technical skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment enjoy experimenting and know how to turn ideas into interactive experiences that convert.
To succeed in this role we believe you have:
Experience from SaaS B2B or other technology-driven companies.
A creative and technical background (e.g. frontend development no-code/low-code tools or interactive design).
Strong ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive engaging user experiences.
A hands-on self-driven mindset but also a great team player who enjoys cross-functional collaboration.
Fluency in both Norwegian and English written and spoken.
