Essential Functions:
- Act as a connection between the sales team and the production facility
- Coordinating production operations in accordance with material labor and equipment availability
- Effecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met by forecasting the number of machines to be released
- Communication with production personnel and logistics to make sure machines are released from production when due
- Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner
- Promptly information the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules
- Perform other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-4 years in a manufacturing environment preferably a component or machine assembly environment as a production scheduler
- High School or Associate Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite SAP is a plus
- Process and detail orientated
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
