Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality medical surgical and diagnostic care to patients
Lead and mentor the veterinary team while ensuring best practices in patient care
Develop implement and maintain medical protocols
Support client communication and education

Qualifications:

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) from an accredited institution
Eligible for or holding a current Massachusetts veterinary license
Proven leadership or mentorship experience preferred
Excellent communication diagnostic and surgical skills
